2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

CyberCreate provides professional services as described on this website, including:

  • SEO for local businesses and eCommerce stores

  • SEO audits and site migrations

  • SEO-focused WordPress web design

  • Consulting and training in SEO best practices

Each service has its own scope, deliverables, and timeline as defined in the proposal or contract provided to the client.

4. Payments and Billing

All projects require an initial deposit (typically 50%) before work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery of the agreed phase.

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars via the methods specified in the proposal or invoice. Delayed payments may result in paused work or rescheduling.

Maintenance, hosting, or retainer plans are billed monthly or annually, as specified in your agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.

5. Revisions and Additional Work

All design and SEO projects include a defined number of revision rounds (usually two).
Any additional changes requested beyond that scope will be billed at the current hourly or per-task rate.

Changes to project scope after approval may require a new proposal or updated quote.

6. Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables such as design files, website content, or SEO documentation.

CyberCreate reserves the right to retain copies of deliverables for portfolio, case studies, or educational purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required materials (content, images, access credentials, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in receiving necessary materials may extend project timelines.

CyberCreate is not responsible for missed deadlines due to client delays or incomplete information.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
In exceptional cases where a project is canceled before execution begins, refunds may be issued minus administrative or setup costs.

9. Confidentiality

CyberCreate respects client confidentiality. Any private business information shared during the project will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All pre-existing intellectual property, such as CyberCreate’s tools, methods, code snippets, or templates, remains the property of CyberCreate LLC.

Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use these assets only within their purchased project.

  • Loss of profits, traffic, or data arising from the use of our services

  • Changes in search engine algorithms or ranking fluctuations

  • Technical issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or software updates

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

12. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve integration with third-party tools (Google Analytics, WordPress plugins, etc.).

CyberCreate is not responsible for any downtime, pricing changes, or policy updates from those external providers.

13. Privacy and Data
